Chinook Health Pharmacy was founded in 2006 with the mission of lowering the costs healthcare for individuals. We began with the needs of the Diabetic patient. Today, we remain one of the leading suppliers of Diabetic Testing Strips and supplies, helping thousands of folks lower the cost of diabetic testing every year.

With this mission in mind, Chinook Health Pharmacy has expanded into a fully licensed Healthcare Pharmacy in good standing with the State of Colorado. Our offices and employees are in Louisville, Colorado.  Here we provide unparalleled service delivering pharmaceuticals and pharmacy items to to homebound patients, home care providers and care facilities.
